Front Desk & Administrative Coordinator
Richard’s Total Backyard Solutions is seeking a professional and organized Front Desk & Administrative Coordinator to serve as the first point of contact for our customers, vendors, and team members. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a customer-facing position while also supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the office.
The ideal candidate is polished, approachable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a welcoming and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, vendors, and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages and relaying information in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to office leadership, including scheduling and coordination of meetings
- Assist with preparing correspondence, documents, and basic reports
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries
- Maintain organized filing systems (electronic and physical)
- Monitor and restock office supplies as needed
- Support coordination of team meetings, events, and office activities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front office environment
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative role preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Professional demeanor with a positive and team-oriented attitude
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $18–$20 per hour, based on experience
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
