Print Shop Production Assistant – Paid Training & Growth Opportunity
Job Type: Part-Time with growth for full time
Starting Hours: Approximately 20–24 hours per week( up to 36)
Typical Shift: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Schedule: Approximately 3–4 days per week to start
Looking for a Fast Learner Who Wants to Grow!
RBS Customs is looking for a reliable, motivated, and fast-learning individual to join our custom print shop.
No print shop experience is required. We will train you if your willing to learn!
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment, so we're looking for someone who can learn quickly, follow instructions, stay organized, and take pride in their work.
Your starting pay is $10.00/hour during training, with opportunities for pay increases and additional hours as you learn more areas of the shop and become more independent.
The goal is for the right person to grow with us ,the more you learn and can handle, the more opportunity you have for increased pay, hours, and responsibility.
What You'll Be Doing & Learning
- Custom T-shirt and apparel production
- Using heat presses and applying DTF transfers
- Preparing garments for production
- Folding, packaging, and preparing customer orders
- Checking finished products for quality
- Organizing orders and inventory
- Keeping production areas clean and organized
- Learning vinyl and other custom products
- Learning basic embroidery production as you progress
- Assisting with other day-to-day shop production
- Answering calls and emails

You'll start at approximately 3–4 days per week and 20–24 hours, with typical shifts from 10:30 AM–4:30 PM.
Additional hours and days may become available as you become trained, take on more responsibilities, and our production needs increase.
