Print Production Specialist

Brahma Marketing is a growing custom printing, apparel, signage, and promotional products company looking for a dependable, hands-on Production Specialist to join our team.

This is a varied production position for someone who enjoys working with their hands, learning different equipment, and seeing projects through from raw materials to finished products. Our shop produces custom apparel, embroidered goods, UV-printed products, DTF transfers, vehicle graphics, laser-engraved products, and more.

You do not need experience with every piece of equipment we use. We are willing to train the right person. More important to us is someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, comfortable learning equipment, and willing to jump between different production tasks as workload changes.

Primary Responsibilities

DTF Printing & Apparel Production

• Operate our commercial DTF printing system
• Prepare and organize DTF transfers
• Cut printed transfer film into individual designs
• Operate commercial heat presses
• Apply DTF transfers to shirts, hoodies, and other garments
• Inspect finished apparel for placement and quality
• Organize completed orders for fulfillment

UV Printing

• Learn and operate our Roland commercial UV flatbed printer
• Prepare products and artwork for printing
• Load, position, and align products
• Monitor print quality during production
• Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance
• Finish and organize completed products

Embroidery Production

• Operate multi-head commercial embroidery machines
• Load and unload garments
• Hoop garments and prepare jobs for production
• Monitor machines while jobs are running
• Perform thread changes and basic machine adjustments
• Identify basic production or quality issues
• Count and verify garments before and after production
• Trim backing and loose threads from completed garments
• Prepare completed garments for fulfillment

Wide-Format Printing

This is an occasional part of the position rather than a daily responsibility.

Duties may include:

• Assisting with wide-format printing
• Laminating printed graphics

Laser Engraving

Depending on workload and experience, this position may also be cross-trained on our laser engraving equipment.

General Production Responsibilities

Because Brahma Marketing produces many different types of custom products, this is not a repetitive single-machine position.

On a busy embroidery day, most of your shift may involve embroidery. Another day may involve UV printing, DTF production, heat pressing, finishing orders, or helping prepare a vehicle wrap.

You will be expected to:

• Keep production areas organized and clean
• Follow job specifications carefully
• Maintain accurate quantities
• Check finished products for quality
• Meet production deadlines
• Help package and prepare completed orders
• Assist other production areas when needed
• Perform basic daily equipment cleaning and maintenance
• Communicate production problems to management

Experience in embroidery, screen printing, DTF printing, sign production, wide-format printing, UV printing, apparel decoration, or other manufacturing/production environments is a plus, but we are willing to train a motivated candidate.

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on production position.

Applicants should be comfortable:

• Standing for extended periods
• Repetitive garment handling and finishing
• Working around production machinery
• Moving boxes and materials
• Performing detailed work with their hands

About the Position

This position is designed to become a well-rounded production role within Brahma Marketing.

Our goal is to cross-train this person across several production departments so that they can independently handle day-to-day production as their experience grows.
