What You’ll Do
- Support daily administrative and operational tasks across multiple locations
- Assist with tracking reports, data entry, and basic analysis
- Help maintain organization within systems such as Asana and internal platforms
- Communicate with managers to gather updates and ensure follow-through on tasks
- Provide administrative support for commercial properties across the portfolio
- Assist with payroll coordination, documentation, and basic HR support
- Help track invoices, receipts, and operational expenses
- Maintain accurate records and organized digital files
- Provide general support to leadership as needed
