Job Summary:
We are seeking a qualified Speech Therapist to join our team and provide specialized therapy services to individuals with communication disorders. The Speech Therapist will work with clients of all ages to assess their communication needs and develop customized treatment plans to improve their speech and language skills.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Conduct assessments to diagnose communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Provide counseling and education to clients and their families
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions
Qualifications and Skills:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- State license to practice as a Speech Therapist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with diverse populations and cultural backgrounds
