Monitor patient progress, alter treatment approaches as needed, and correctly document outcomes. Work with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and overall patient well-being. Educate patients and their families on proper body mechanics, exercises, and injury prevention measures. Keep up with advances in physical therapy procedures and submit creative ideas to improve patient treatment. Qualifications: Valid and active Physical Therapist license in the state . Solid understanding of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic approaches. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage on a personal level with patients.
