Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work with patients to help them improve mobility, manage pain, and prevent or reduce the effects of physical disabilities.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Evaluate patients' physical condition and develop a treatment plan
2. Implement and modify treatment plans as needed
3. Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to improve mobility and manage pain
4. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
5. Document and maintain accurate patient records
6. Stay current on new developments and advancements in physical therapy
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Degree in Physical Therapy
2. State licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist
3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and common physical conditions
6. Experience working with patients of all ages
