Job Summary:

Our healthcare facility is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care and rehabilitation services to patients with physical injuries and disabilities. As a Physical Therapist, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans and help improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct assessments to identify patients' physical limitations and create individualized treatment plans
• Perform therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and other interventions to alleviate pain and improve mobility
• Monitor patients' progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and provide education on home exercises and self-care techniques
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care and optimal outcomes
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient records and documentation in compliance with regulatory standards

Qualifications and Skills:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based practices in physical therapy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to patient care
