Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The Physical Therapist will work with patients to help them achieve their physical therapy goals and improve their overall quality of life. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and rehabilitation techniques.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate and assess patients' conditions and create customized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy to help patients improve their mobility, strength, and function
- Educate patients on proper exercise techniques and home care strategies
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and medical staff
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience working with patients of all ages and abilities
