Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Physical Therapist role based in Eugene, OR. The Physical Therapist will evaluate and assess patients’ physical conditions to develop personalized treatment plans. Responsibilities include providing hands-on therapy, educating patients on exercises, and guiding them through their rehabilitation journey. Collaborating with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care will also be a key aspect of the role. The ideal candidate will foster a positive and professional environment to support clients in achieving their health and wellness goals.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in physical therapy practices, including patient assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions
- Proficiency in educating and guiding patients through exercise programs and recovery processes
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust and rapport with patients
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team including acupuncturists, massage therapists, and personal trainers
- Proactive approach to learning and professional development, with a willingness to adopt innovative and holistic treatment methods
- Current Physical Therapy license in Oregon or eligibility to obtain licensure
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- A passion for improving patients’ health and quality of life
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
