The position also involves advising clients on legal matters, negotiating settlements, and ensuring consistent client communication throughout each stage of the legal process.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in legal research, legal writing, and preparation of motions and briefs
- Experience with litigation procedures, case strategy development, and client representation
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active membership with the Washington State Bar required
- Ability to effectively manage multiple matters and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism, ethical standards, and dedication to client advocacy
- Prior experience in civil litigation or a related practice area is highly preferred
