Project Superintendent

We are seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to manage daily construction site operations from planning through project completion. This role requires hands-on leadership, strong coordination skills, and experience in commercial and government construction environments, including regulated or secured facilities.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and consultants during pre-construction and permitting phases.
- Partner with the Project Manager to develop and maintain project schedules and critical path activities.
- Prepare and update weekly look-ahead schedules for subcontractors and stakeholders.
- Supervise daily on-site activities of subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to contract documents.
- Lead weekly subcontractor coordination meetings.
- Coordinate inspections with local, state, and federal authorities.
- Maintain daily site reports and project documentation.
- Identify schedule, quality, or safety issues and communicate resolutions to management.
- Ensure job sites remain clean, organized, and secure.
- Support budgeting, bid reviews, and subcontractor awards as needed.
- Oversee multiple job sites when required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 3–5 years of experience in commercial and government construction.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn project-specific software.
- Ability to pass a government background check for work on military bases or government facilities.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Ability to work indoors and outdoors at active construction sites.
- Frequent standing, walking, climbing, and occasional lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Salary: $75,000 – $140,000 annually
