Construction Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and oversee the full lifecycle of ground-up multifamily residential construction projects. This role is responsible for managing field operations, coordinating project teams, controlling budgets and schedules, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all phases of ground-up multifamily construction projects from preconstruction through project completion.
- Supervise Assistant Construction Managers, Superintendents, subcontractors, and field personnel.
- Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules, budgets, and cost controls.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality standards, project specifications, and company expectations.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, inspectors, and other project stakeholders.
- Review and interpret architectural, structural, plumbing, and electrical drawings.
- Identify and resolve construction challenges while minimizing project delays.
- Review and approve subcontractor scopes, change orders, and invoices.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress updates to leadership.
- Enforce OSHA safety standards, local building codes, and regulatory compliance.
- Maintain project profitability and overall project performance.
- Minimum 3 years of ground-up multifamily construction management experience.
- Strong experience managing multifamily residential construction projects.

- Proven experience leading subcontractors and field teams.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, and quality management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Valid Driver's License.
- Reliable transportation.
- Experience with mixed-use or multifamily residential developments.
- Experience working with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar.
- Knowledge of California building codes and permitting processes is a plus.
