Low Voltage Division Manager (RCDD Required)

We are seeking an experienced Low Voltage Division Manager to lead operations, project execution, estimating, business development, and team performance for a growing low-voltage systems division.
Responsibilities
- Oversee estimating, project management, field operations, and service delivery.
- Lead and mentor project managers, supervisors, and technical teams.
- Develop client, contractor, and industry partner relationships.
- Review estimates, contracts, budgets, and project performance.
- Drive business growth, profitability, and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety requirements.
Qualifications
- Current BICSI RCDD Certification (Required).
- 5 years of low-voltage industry experience (Structured Cabling, Security, Access Control, Fire Alarm, AV, or Telecom Infrastructure).
- 3 years of leadership/management experience.
- Strong project management, estimating, budgeting, and business development skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams successfully.
Preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience managing large-scale low-voltage projects.
- Established industry relationships.
