Division Order Analyst

Position Summary
Seeking an experienced Division Order Analyst to manage ownership records, division orders, royalty owner relations, title administration, and well proposal activities. This role works closely with land, accounting, legal, and operations teams to ensure accurate ownership setup and revenue distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret title opinions and maintain accurate ownership records.
- Prepare, issue, and track division and transfer orders.
- Build and audit Working Interest (WI) and Net Revenue Interest (NRI) decks.
- Coordinate title curative efforts and resolve ownership discrepancies.
- Manage royalty owner inquiries and ownership transfers.
- Assist with payment-related issues and suspense resolution.
- Prepare well proposals (AFEs), track partner elections, and monitor cash calls.
- Maintain lease, well, and ownership records while supporting compliance activities.
Required:
- 2 years of Division Order experience in the oil & gas industry.
- Knowledge of oil & gas title, mineral ownership, and land records.
- Experience with WI/NRI deck maintenance and decimal calculations.
- Strong communication, organizational, and Microsoft Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
- Experience with division order/accounting software.
- Familiarity with Louisiana mineral law and shale operations.
