Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Commercial Account Manager based in Chandler, AZ, with some work from home allowed. The Commercial Account Manager will oversee managing client accounts, delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring comprehensive insurance coverage, and driving sales. Daily tasks include identifying client needs, providing tailored insurance solutions, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications
- Account Management and Customer Service skills
- Must have experience working at an insurance brokerage firm (broker), not a direct insurance carrier company.
- Candidates should be familiar with placing and managing commercial insurance policies through multiple carriers on behalf of clients, typical of a broker environment.
- As a broker, you help clients choose and purchase insurance policies from multiple insurers to meet their specific needs by comparing options and negotiating the best terms on behalf of clients.
- Insurance knowledge and industry experience
- Strong Communication skills
- Sales abilities and experience in achieving targets
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
- Professional insurance certifications are a plus
