The Financial Controller will oversee the financial operations of the organization, including preparing, analyzing, and managing financial statements. Daily tasks involve overseeing financial reporting, managing accounting records, implementing and ensuring compliance with financial policies, and providing analytical insights to support decision-making. This role also includes responsibilities such as budget preparation and audits while ensuring compliance with government regulations and industry standards.QualificationsProficiency in preparing and managing Financial StatementsStrong Analytical Skills and the ability to interpret complex financial dataExperience and knowledge in Finance and Financial Reporting processesExpertise in Accounting principles and practicesProficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel and accounting systemsExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailBachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, requiredTen years' experience, requiredPrior experience in a similar role; experience in public, government administration, or HUD is a plusStrong communication and leadership skills to manage teams and liaise with stakeholders

Salary : $100,000 - $110,000
