Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee civil and environmental engineering projects from design through construction.
- Coordinate technical activities with multidisciplinary teams, including CAD designers, surveyors, and geologists.
- Assist in the development of project scopes, schedules, budgets, and technical deliverables.
- Perform site design activities including stormwater management, erosion and sedimentation controls, and hydrology/hydraulics analysis.
- Prepare engineering reports, construction documents, and permit applications.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
- Serve as a point of contact with regulatory agencies, contractors, and clients.
- Maintain project documentation and monitor progress against timelines and budgets.
- Contribute to proposal writing, cost estimation, and client presentations, as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (required)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer in Training (EIT) preferred
- 4–8 years of relevant civil/environmental engineering experience
- Proficiency in hydrologic and hydraulic modeling software, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
