We're partnering with a top-ranked law firm seeking a Client Billing Compliance Analyst to join its Revenue Management team. This role is ideal for someone with legal billing, e-billing, or billing compliance experience who enjoys solving complex billing issues, working with Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs), and helping maximize firm revenue.
What You'll Do
- Review and interpret Outside Counsel Billing Guidelines (OCGs)
- Ensure invoices comply with client billing requirements before submission
- Research and resolve billing rejections and reductions
- Prepare and manage billing appeals
- Analyze billing trends, write-offs, and compliance issues
- Partner with attorneys, billing teams, e-billing specialists, and revenue management to improve collections and realization
- Work with leading e-billing platforms including CounselLink, Legal Tracker, TyMetrix, and Legal Exchange
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of legal billing, e-billing, or billing compliance experience
- Strong knowledge of Outside Counsel Billing Guidelines (OCGs)
- Experience using e-billing platforms such as CounselLink, Legal Tracker, TyMetrix, or Legal Exchange
- Experience handling billing rejections, appeals, or invoice compliance
- Strong analytical skills with Excel and reporting
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
