Insurance Litigation Legal Assistant

Base Salary: $60,000 - $75,000
A highly respected national law firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Litigation Legal Assistant to support its Birmingham office.

What They’re Looking For:
- 4 years of strong litigation legal assistant/paralegal experience preferred
- Strong litigation background is required
- Insurance litigation experience is helpful but not required
- Experience with e-filing, calendaring, docketing, and legal document formatting
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Someone tech-savvy, proactive, and comfortable providing hands-on support to a busy attorney
Key Responsibilities:
- Formatting briefs, pleadings, and legal documents
- E-filing in state and federal courts
- Attorney calendaring and docket management
- Time entry and billing support
- Client and attorney correspondence
- Managing deadlines and litigation workflow support
