Base Salary: $70,000-$80,000
A highly regarded and top ranked international law firm is seeking a Claims Analyst to join its growing insurance practice. If you enjoy working with data, solving problems, and building sophisticated Excel reports, this is an outstanding opportunity to work alongside attorneys handling complex insurance matters.
You'll leverage your analytical skills to help attorneys manage claims data, prepare client reporting, and analyze financial information in a fast-paced legal environment.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain advanced Excel spreadsheets used to track insurance claims and policy information
- Analyze claims data, reserves, deductibles, invoices, and policy limits
- Prepare recurring reports and presentations for attorneys and clients
- Monitor financial and claims activity across multiple matters
- Organize large volumes of information with exceptional accuracy
- Support multiple attorneys while managing competing priorities and deadlines
What We're Looking For
- Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, reporting)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience creating reports, dashboards, or complex spreadsheets
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a professional environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
