We're looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our growing automotive dealership. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have strong organizational skills, and enjoy working with numbers, we'd love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Post customer and vendor payments.Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and process accounts receivable transactions.
- Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems.
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal departments.
- Support the accounting office with additional administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable experience required (automotive dealership experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Reliable, professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

$20 per hour but negotiable with experience
