Description:
Level I: 3 years of minimum experience in general liability, bodily injury, motor vehicle accidents, and/or subrogation insurance work. Investigate, analyze, and pursue recovery against entities that damage Company facilities, property, equipment, and/or facilities. May also have some involvement in general liability claims including investigate, analyze, and determine the extent of insurance company's liability concerning personal, casualty, bodily injury, loss of business, or property loss or damages, and attempt to effect settlement with claimants. Responsible for overseeing claims processing and payments to third-party providers, monitoring charges and verifying correct payment of claims, sending denial letters on claims and sending follow-up requests for information. The claims analyst sets up claims, reviews payment reports for accuracy and compliance.
Some Notes on the Role:
-There are 2 openings for this position
-2 year contract with a strong possibility of conversion based on performance and budget availability
-1 round of interviews with the host manager and another supervisor
-Location: 4 days a week onsite at Century Park, Building 4, remote on Friday
-Hours are flexible- can start as early as 6 AM or start later.
-Top 3 qualities they are looking for: someone who has the ability to communicate clearly and make complex situations simplified; someone with good writing skills; and someone who has the ability to influence and negotiate.
-Looking for someone with a background in subrogation, motor vehicles, personal injury, property damage.
-Preferred companies: Geico, State Farm, Farmers, Liberty Mutual, Progressive, etc.
-Would prefer someone with a bachelor's degree but will accept YOE as a substitute
-Minimum 3 years of experience
-Equipment will be provided by the office and to go home (laptop, monitor)
-Structured training, will be shadowing and then doing on the job training
