Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsive Internet Leads Coordinator to support our clients team on a temporary basis. This role is responsible for managing, tracking, and responding to incoming online inquiries to ensure timely follow-up and excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming internet leads from various platforms (website, email, CRM, etc.)
- Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, or messaging systems
- Qualify leads and route them to the appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate records and update lead status in CRM/database
- Follow up with prospects to ensure engagement and conversion
- Assist with reporting on lead activity and response times
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, etc.)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Preferred (Nice to Have)
- Experience handling internet leads or inbound sales inquiries
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
- Background in sales or client-facing roles
