HR Generalist (Employee Relations & HR Operations)

We’re looking for an HR Generalist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in shaping employee experience, supporting leadership, and driving HR initiatives that actually make an impact.
This is not a “back-office HR” role — this is a high-visibility position where your voice, ideas, and expertise will directly influence the organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, and coaching
- Support and improve HR processes, policies, and compliance initiatives
- Own key parts of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, engagement, retention)
- Assist with benefits administration, payroll coordination, and HRIS updates
- Help drive culture initiatives and employee engagement efforts
- Act as a trusted resource for employees and leadership
What We’re Looking For
- 3 years of HR Generalist or HR Business Partner experience
- Strong background in employee relations and HR best practices
- Experience with payroll, benefits, or HRIS systems (ADP, UKG, etc. a plus)
- Ability to build relationships and influence at all levels
- Someone who is proactive, solutions-oriented, and wants to make a positive impact!
