At Ravalli Head Start, we’re looking for a collaborative, knowledgeable, and relationship-driven Early Education Implementation Coach who is passionate about strengthening teaching practices, supporting educators, and improving outcomes for children and families.

What You’ll Do:
- Partner with teachers to set goals and coaching plans
- Build trusting relationships and support reflective practice
- Conduct observations and provide feedback
- Model effective teaching strategies
- Use data to guide coaching
- Support Pyramid Model practices
- Collaborate on intensive coaching plans
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred
- Experience in early childhood teaching or coaching
- Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices
- Familiarity with the Pyramid Model or PBIS
- Strong communication and organization skills

Important Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Maintain CPR/First Aid certifications
- Ability to travel between sites
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism
Schedule:
- 35-40 hours/week
- Monday–Friday (with holidays off!)
- Year-round position
Compensation:
- $21.75/hour without a degree
- $23.03/hour with Bachelors degree
- $24.31/hour with a Masters degree

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Early childhood education: 5 years (Preferred)
- Teacher coaching: 1 year (Preferred)
- Pyramid Model or PBI: 1 year (Preferred)
