Duties

  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative curriculum plans that promote developmental milestones and foster creativity among young children.
  • Supervise and mentor teaching staff, providing guidance on classroom management, instructional strategies, and professional growth.
  • Oversee program operations, ensuring compliance with licensing standards, safety regulations, and quality assurance measures.
  • Collaborate with community partners and stakeholders to enhance program offerings and secure funding through effective fundraising initiatives.
  • Manage program budgets efficiently, allocating resources to maximize educational impact while maintaining fiscal responsibility.
  • Drive strategic planning efforts to expand program reach, improve service delivery, and align with organizational goals.
  • Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and meetings through engaging public speaking that highlights our mission and achievements.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in education administration with a focus on early childhood development or related fields.
  • Extensive classroom teaching experience with young children, demonstrating a strong understanding of early learning principles.
  • Demonstrated success in curriculum development tailored to diverse learning needs.
  • Strong leadership skills with prior management or supervisory roles overseeing staff teams.
  • Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and fundraising to support program sustainability and growth.
  • Excellent communication skills suitable for public speaking engagements and stakeholder collaboration.
