An established legal practice in Jacksonville is seeking a Legal Assistant to support attorneys within a dynamic and client-focused team.

What You’ll Do
- Provide daily administrative and case management support to attorneys
- Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents, correspondence, and filings
- Communicate with clients, court staff, and opposing counsel in a professional and empathetic manner
- Maintain attorney calendars, deadlines, and hearing schedules
- Manage file organization, document scanning, and e-filing
- Track time and assist with billing entries using Clio or similar case management software
- Collaborate with legal team members to ensure smooth case flow and timely completion of tasks
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of experience as a legal assistant, legal secretary, or paralegal in a law firm setting
- Familiarity with Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, or similar systems preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills; thrives in a detail-driven environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-service mindset
- Positive attitude, accountability, and reliability — a strong team player
