- Growth Opportunities: Clear career progression toward Senior Engineer, Technical Lead, or customer-facing engineering roles.
- Collaborative Environment: Work alongside experienced engineers and leaders who value initiative, ownership, and problem-solving.
- Meaningful Responsibility: Play a key role in project execution, stepping in to support critical work when leadership is traveling and building credibility as a trusted engineering partner.
- Strong Total Rewards: Competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits, paid time off.
What You’ll Do
- Lead product design and development efforts from early concept through production release.
- Create, test, and refine designs while ensuring manufacturability, performance, and efficiency.
- Apply CAD tools (Creo preferred; SolidWorks or Inventor acceptable) along with FMEA methodologies.
- Collaborate with operations, suppliers, and technicians to develop practical, manufacturable solutions.
- Partner closely with the Lead Engineer to share project workload and support broader engineering initiatives.
- Provide guidance to interns or co-op engineers as part of the engineering team.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required (Industrial Engineering also considered).
- 4–5 years of experience in product design and development.
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Solid understanding of tolerance stack-ups, dimensional design, and FMEA processes.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
What Success Looks Like:
- Designs transition efficiently from concept to production with minimal redesign or rework.
- You become a trusted partner to the Lead Engineer and can confidently take ownership of projects.
- You demonstrate long-term commitment and reliability within the engineering team.
- You build a reputation for precision, sound judgment, and practical engineering solutions.
