Pay Range: $60-$70k
Hybrid: 3940 N. Ravenswood, Chicago, IL
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for day-to-day oversight and success of loan officer and enterprise-level marketing platforms and products such as Evocalize, Mortgage Coach, MBS Highway, and more.
- Responsible for promotion and management of enrollment/billing process for Marketing Subscriptions program
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate and improve marketing products and platforms consistently based on evolution of business needs and data-driven metrics
- Assist with setting strategy, roadmap, and feature definition for marketing products
- Act as liaison between vendors, customer success teams and internal departments
- Manage the merchandising of products and create marketing strategies that encourage increased adoption of end users
- Develop roll out strategies for new and existing marketing products and features as they are onboarded, and assist in production of training materials and facilitation of end-user trainings
- Assist Marketing team in trouble-shooting issues on platform and facilitating solution with platform team
- Interface with Sales and Sales Leadership to collect feedback and resolve escalated issues as needed
- Provide consistent reporting on usage, engagement, and other metrics to prove ROI and progress towards defined KPIs
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Experience with digital advertising, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Programmatic, and Display
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and translate insights into recommendations
- Creative thinker with an understanding of ad messaging, audience strategy, and campaign optimization
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new platforms and identify opportunities to improve processes and user experience
- Strategic thinker who can see the big picture while managing day-to-day execution
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leaders
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who is comfortable working independently while also collaborating across cross-functional teams
- Curious problem solver who enjoys troubleshooting issues and finding scalable solutions
- Adaptable and able to pivot as business needs and priorities evolve
