Rate is looking for an enthusiastic, organized Marketing Coordinator to assist in managing administrative marketing tasks for our internal CRM and marketing platform. The Marketing Coordinator will need to be an expert communicator, adaptive and able to switch gears quickly. They will manage daily marketing responsibilities and help identify opportunities for enhancement within the system. They can expect to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
The Marketing Coordinator will be a member of the Marketing department, which functions as an internal agency – including copywriters, designers, video producers, event specialists, social media experts and so much more. Their team will consist of other project management and platform specialists.
Job responsibilities:
- Upload, test and execute any print, email, and social media marketing content requests within the marketing platform
- Write, test, and fix emails and web pages using HTML
- Organize and maintain marketing content library for easy searchability and use by internal sales team members
- Assist with regular audits to content library to keep marketing materials up to date
- Communicate with internal Marketing Department and third-party vendors to relay time sensitive information on marketing content
- Manage ongoing marketing requests for the CRM and marketing platform using our project management software, Workfront
- Serve as point of contact to our marketing managers to share updates, field questions and provide guidance on existing projects
- Identify opportunities for platform enhancement within the CRM to create a better user experience
- Execute manual email unsubscribe requests in a timely manner
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Here’s what you’ll bring to the table:
- If you’ve got a Bachelor degree in Marketing or Communications – great. Now we love our educated team players, but if you’ve got what it takes come wow us!
- You are an extraordinary communicator – both written and spoken - with unsurpassed listening skills to boot.
- Project management and organizational skills – ya gotta have’em – it’s a must.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
- Familiarity with basic HTML code as used in emails and web pages.
- Familiarity with Figma is a huge plus!
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite to include InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
- You’re positive and love spreading the good vibes.
- Fast and curious learner who is motivated to grow!
