Position: Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator

Responsibilities: Oversee perioperative nursing care within surgical specialties, coordinate department throughput, optimize resources and staffing, procure supplies and equipment, and facilitate workflows and communication among stakeholders.
Qualifications: BSN or enrollment in a BSN program (degree acquired within 24 months), IL RN License, CPR/BLS certification, OR experience, leadership skills, critical thinking, effective communication, and competency across patient age groups specific to the specialty.
Skills: Team building, leadership, critical thinking, communication, perioperative workflows management.
Compensation: Hourly pay ranges from $40.45 to $62.70 based on experience and expertise.
