Role: Registered Nurse Clinical Coordinator responsible for perioperative nursing care within designated surgical specialties.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate department throughput, staffing, and resource management to ensure efficient surgical operations.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, and instruments necessary for optimal surgical care.

Qualifications & Skills

• BSN or current enrollment in a BSN program, with degree completion within 24 months.
• IL RN License and BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
• Experience in an OR setting, with strong leadership, critical thinking, and communication skills.
