Pay Range: 20$ per hour to 25$ per hour
We are currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Facilities Coordinator to join our innovative and passionate team.
Responsibilities:
- As part of the Facilities team, must be able to clearly communicate and closely work with Rate’s Business Services Team, Workplace Services, and in-house construction teams on supporting departmental and company goals.
- Completes day-to-day tasks associated with Facilities Team. This includes, but isn’t limited to,
- Maintaining a clean work environment, inside and outside of offices
- Stocking and distributing offices supplies
- Minor fixes for plumbing, lighting and general handyman responsibilities
- Daily mail sorting and distribution
- Stocking and maintenance of vending machines
- Supporting events team with prep and cleaning up after company events
- Moving furniture between offices and storage space
- Maintaining 3rd floor event space and the Rate Roof Deck
- Completes supply orders and delivery of supplies for HQ and nearby offices
- Assists with Guaranteed Rate’s employee moves at Rate headquarters offices and satellite locations
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment on multiple projects at the same time
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able read and understand simple furniture plans
