As the Workplace Logistics & Facilities Specialist, you’ll support daily operations across Corporate Headquarters and remote locations by managing logistics, warehouse activity, equipment inventory, and facilities coordination.
This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational efficiency—ensuring teams have the equipment, workspace, and support they need to succeed.

Work Environment
This role operates within a mixed office and warehouse environment and may include exposure to temperature changes, noise, or warehouse equipment. Responsibilities may include lifting 20–40 lbs, standing, walking, bending, and occasional local travel between locations.

Your Impact: Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Facilities Coordination
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and shipments
- Order equipment, maintain inventory levels, and coordinate logistics
- Process and track vendor invoices related to facilities and operations
- Manage building access systems (alarms, key fobs, security access) in coordination with IT
- Support maintenance requests and facilities operations
- Coordinate across departments to maintain operational continuity
- Travel locally between office and warehouse locations as needed
- Manage daily operations of the Corporate HQ warehouse
- Maintain inventory of equipment, tools, and supplies
- Prepare and receive shipments including equipment and safety gear
- Implement warehouse procedures and inventory tracking systems
- Ensure the warehouse remains organized, safe, and fully stocked
- Safely operate warehouse equipment including forklifts
- Oversee evidence intake and storage at the warehouse
- Maintain proper chain-of-custody documentation
- Coordinate evidence disposal with the Evidence Coordinator
- Conduct routine evidence audits to ensure legal and company compliance
- Maintain clean and organized evidence storage areas
Skills & Experience
- 2 years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Shipping and receiving experience
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive information
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams
- Multi-site operational support experience
- Evidence handling or compliance-driven workflow experience
- Inventory management systems experience
- Vendor coordination or procurement exposure
- Advanced Excel or experience working across multiple systems
