Roles and Responsibilities:
- Verify label accuracy and regulatory performance.
- Perform quality check upon receiving materials.
- Ensure safety standards and regulations.
- Assist with label printing.
- Maintain Physical and digital inventory.
- Ensures all content for product labeling, Instructions for Use, and equipment manuals meet all required legal, regulatory, clinical, marketing, packaging, manufacturing (contract and internal) and R&D requirements through the use of corporate labeling guidelines and SOPs.
The above list of responsibilities is not the only responsibilities that a Label/Document Control Assistant is required to do.
Qualifications:
- Detailed oriented.
- Basic Computer Skills.
- Organized work habits.
- Food manufacturing.
- High School Diploma.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, not required.
- Forklift Experience.
Physical Requirements:
- The job requires workers to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to step, climb, balance, kneel, bend, and reach above shoulders as needed.
- Must be able to work in a cold and wet environment.
This Facility runs 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.
Schedule: 9:00 am to 5:30 pm (OT May be required)
