Job Responsibility Summary
- Performance Campaign Management:
- Architect, build, and manage all performance-focused advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and LinkedIn Ads.
- Own and optimize the advertising budget, meticulously managing pacing and advanced bidding strategies to maximize return on investment (ROI) and minimize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA).
- Design and execute a continuous, data-driven A/B testing framework for ad copy, creative, landing pages, and audience segments to relentlessly improve campaign performance.
- Develop sophisticated full-funnel audience strategies, including targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audiences, to effectively move prospects through the sales cycle.
- Analytics & ROI Reporting:
- Serve as the primary owner for the entire marketing analytics infrastructure, leading the management and optimization of Google Analytics 4 (GA4).
- Develop and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards that translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for the leadership team.
- Deliver rigorous monthly and quarterly reports on all key performance indicators (KPIs), including CPL, CPA, conversion rates, and overall campaign ROI.
- Implement and manage a robust tracking strategy using Google Tag Manager to ensure accurate and granular data collection across all digital touchpoints.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) & SEO:
- Lead CRO initiatives by analyzing user behavior, identifying friction points in the conversion path, and recommending data-backed solutions to improve on-site lead generation.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on SEO strategy, using performance data and keyword analysis to identify high-intent organic traffic opportunities that contribute to lead generation goals.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics (KSAOs):
- Performance Marketing Channels: Expert-level, hands-on knowledge of Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with a deep understanding of performance-based bidding strategies.
- Marketing Analytics & Attribution: Expert-level understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and various marketing attribution models.
- Conversion Funnels: Comprehensive knowledge of full-funnel marketing strategy and the mechanics of building and optimizing high-converting lead generation funnels.
- Superior analytical and quantitative skills with the proven ability to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions that impact revenue.
- Advanced proficiency in managing and optimizing paid advertising budgets to consistently achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Extensive, hands-on experience with A/B testing frameworks and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex performance data into clear strategic recommendations.
- Exceptional attention to detail in all aspects of campaign setup, budget management, and data analysis.
- Ability to work methodically and independently, managing a complex portfolio of data-driven projects simultaneously.
