JOB TITLE:
Human Resources Manager
JOB PURPOSE:
The Human Resources Manager plans, coordinates, and executes routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department, including and not limited to the following: documentation, record-keeping, benefits management at employee and company level, policy creation, policy administration, training implementation, labor law compliance, process implementation, organizational standards, and various other internal services as related to Human Resources for an all-company roster of 75 employees, and growing across multiple state locations.
The Human Resources Manager (IL) is a member of the Operations & Services Team (IL & NJ), reports to the Director of People, Culture and Operations (NJ), and utilizes as well as co-mentors the Human Resources & Operations Admin (NJ) in a Team-Family environment, working in-service employees working in IL, NJ, and in the Field.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors Degree

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management for at least 50-100 employees
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Genuine enjoyment of reading, writing and researching, as well as passionate about planning, scheduling and organizing
- Able to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality consistently
- General knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations and their related employer resources to remain compliant
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP or similar certifications desired, not required

- Full-Time, In-Person
- $60,000 - $70,000 starting salary range
- Monday through Friday, Daytime Office Hours (approx shift time can be set in interview process, based on candidates needs)
