Customer Service Representative

Shift: 7:30am-4pm (Mon-Fri)

Job Overview

The Customer Service Representative answers telephone inquiries, promotes the organization’s products and services, and maintains communication with customers regarding orders and account management. This role is responsible for generating and processing customer orders, invoicing, and resolving complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. The position requires attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to follow up effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound telephone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
• Promote products and services to customers.
• Process and generate customer orders and invoices.
• Research and resolve customer complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Perform work within defined customer, geographic, or product areas.
• Demonstrate teamwork and assist colleagues as needed.
• Follow up with customers as required.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Work under general supervision while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in administrative, customer service, or related roles preferred.
