Position Highlights:

Position Overview:
The Project Manager will lead complex; multi-functional strategic projects related to commercial transformation and integration. Reporting to the VP of Commercial Strategy & Transformation, this role focuses on implementing key initiatives that drive sustainable revenue growth, profitability, and market competitiveness. The role requires close collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure full stakeholder alignment and successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end integration projects following acquisitions, mergers, or onboarding of new business units.
- Develop and manage detailed integration plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including Operations, Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Sales, and Marketing.
- Serve as the primary liaison between the organization and newly integrated business units.
- Drive efficient and consistent approaches to integration and transformation workstreams, supporting effective change management.
- Translate strategic objectives into actionable commercial plans using data-driven insights.
- Manage strategic initiatives and support functional area executives with subject matter experts and resources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required.
- 5 years of project management experience, preferably in business integration, M&A, or transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in a matrixed global organization.
- Strong understanding of business operations, process improvement, and organizational change.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
- PMP certification strongly preferred.
