Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee clinical programs and treatment implementation.
- Support and mentor clinical team members.
- Monitor client progress and update care strategies.
- Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Experience in behavioral health, clinical services, or developmental programs.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
