Software Trainer – 100% OnsiteSummary:Responsible for delivering ERP software training, creating instructional materials, and supporting Operations Support Associates and Customer Service Representatives within the WSS LIT division during ERP system implementation.Core Responsibilities (6):Develop training materials and update business process documentation for the new ERP system.Deliver in-person and virtual ERP training sessions for individuals and groups.Provide ongoing user support, answer questions, and conduct refresher training.Partner with SMEs and cross-functional teams to refine training content and approach.Track and assess learner progress; provide actionable feedback.Deliver ad-hoc training and support as needed.Requirements:Bachelors in HR, Training, or Education preferred; 3 years related experience.ERP experience (SAP/Oracle) preferred; SAP Enable Now/WalkMe a plus.Knowledge of the water industry helpful but not required.Strong communication, coaching, and documentation skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).Flexible, autonomous, and adaptable in an evolving project environment.Company DescriptionRangam Consultants is an award winning company from the staffing fraternity.
