Customer Service Support Specialist

We’re seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Support professional to join our team. In this hybrid role, you’ll handle inbound calls, process orders, and ensure a smooth customer experience from order intake through fulfillment. You’ll collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues quickly and deliver outstanding service every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Accurately enter, confirm, and process orders in the system.
• Provide updates on product availability, order status, and deliveries.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Logistics, Sales, Supply Chain) to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Assist with additional customer service tasks during peak periods.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate team members for resolution.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of customer service or order management experience.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment (onsite remote).
• Must successfully pass a background check.
