🕘 Shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse (RN) to support a manufacturing facility in Westfield, IN. This role focuses on employee health, workplace safety, injury management, and emergency response.
Responsibilities- Provide first aid and treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.
- Respond to on-site medical emergencies.
- Manage workers' compensation cases and return-to-work programs.
- Perform employee health screenings, including vision/eye exams and medical surveillance.
- Maintain OSHA logs, medical records, and health documentation.
- Coordinate occupational health and wellness programs.
- Manage medical supplies and equipment.
- Partner with EH&S, HR, supervisors, and site leadership.
- Conduct employee health and safety training.
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
- 2–4 years of Occupational Health Nursing experience.
- Manufacturing or industrial experience preferred.
- Experience with workers' compensation, OSHA programs, and medical surveillance.
- Experience performing vision/eye exams and employee health screenings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
