We’re seeking an Associate Project Manager to join the Enterprise Integrated Marketing (EIM) team and support the successful delivery of marketing initiatives across multiple business units, including Enterprise, Business Insurance, Bond & Specialty Insurance, and Personal Insurance Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Manage high-volume, low-to-medium complexity marketing projects from start to finish
- Maintain project timelines, tasks, and approvals in Workfront
- Coordinate meetings, track status updates, and support project closeouts
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
- Identify project roadblocks and assist with problem-solving
Qualifications:
- 1 year of project management experience (marketing or advertising preferred)
- High School diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- Experience with Workfront or other project management tools
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
