Schedule:Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM; rotating Saturdays 8 AM–12 PM.Role Summary:The Phlebotomist is the frontline contact for patients, responsible for drawing high-quality blood samples, preparing specimens, and delivering excellent service. The PSR I ensure patient comfort, follows strict safety and procedural standards, and maintains accuracy and confidentiality.Key Responsibilities:Perform daily duties accurately and on time under supervisor direction.Maintain a clean, safe, professional environment.Collect and process forensic and clinical specimens per established procedures.Keep accurate records and documentation.Provide excellent patient service and uphold a positive organizational image.Requirements:Strong phlebotomy skills (pediatric geriatric).Flexible for weekends, holidays, on-call, and overtime.Reliable transportation: consistent attendance required.Education:High school diploma or equivalent.Medical assistant/paramedic training preferred.Phlebotomy certification required Experience:Minimum 6 months experience; 1 year preferred.Customer service experience preferred.Strong keyboard/data entry skills.Company DescriptionRangam Consultants is an award winning company from the staffing fraternity.
