Hospitality & Guest Experience - General Manager
Experience Required:
Minimum 2–3 years in a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant environment.
Pay Range 75,000.00 to 95,000.00 plus Bonus
Position Overview:
The Hospitality & Guest Experience Manager is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving guest satisfaction, team culture, and overall restaurant performance. This role requires a strong presence on the floor, active community engagement, and a deep understanding of restaurant operations.
You will work in close partnership with the Chief Beverage Curator and the Culinary & Hospitality Manager to ensure cohesion across flavor, service, storytelling, and brand expression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full responsibility and working knowledge of Profit & Loss (P&L) statements
- Proven record of bottom-line profitability in a single multiple-unit restaurant
- Proven ability to build sales and drive business growth
- Ability to lead with clarity, accountability, and respect over all departments of a restaurant
- The ability to work with multiple Leaders, through motivation and guiding these Leaders to the ability to run each of their departments in the growth of sales and profitability
- Strong understanding and enforcement of sanitation and food safety standards
- Demonstrated success in developing, leading, and motivating all TEAM members
- Ability to clearly articulate the difference between leadership and management
- Excellent communication and public-speaking skills
- Comfortable and confident with community involvement, including involvement with the Chamber of Commerce and other networking events as needed
- Highly visible on the floor at all times, engaging with guests and team members
- Comfortable working alongside ownership on the floor—talking with guests, shaking hands, and building relationships
- Strong computer skills and operational organization
- Ability to have a strong communication and working environment with upper Leadership (owners, HR)
- This position requires standing and walking for extended periods, bending, reaching, lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical tasks in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

Compensation:
- $75,000 - $95,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
