The Daily Nosh is a new breakfast and lunch restaurant in Downtown Roseville focused on quality, hospitality, and teamwork. Our bussers are essential to maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming dining room, helping ensure every guest has a great experience.
Position Overview
We’re looking for reliable, detail-oriented Bussers / Dining Room Support to join our team. This role helps maintain dining room cleanliness, supports servers, and ensures smooth, efficient service.
Enjoy a daytime schedule — no late nights.
What You’ll Do
- Clear and reset tables efficiently and accurately
- Assist servers by refilling beverages, delivering bread or side items, and supporting guest needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready dining room throughout service
- Sweep, mop, and perform light cleaning tasks as needed
- Assist with trash, recycling, and dish return as needed
- Support opening and closing duties for the dining room
Compensation & Compliance
- Hourly pay tips
- Position is non-exempt and eligible for overtime
- Meal and rest breaks provided per California law
- Employment is at-will

Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bussing or restaurant experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk for 8 hours per shift
- Carry trays, plates, and supplies up to 25–40 lbs
- Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive motions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy dining environment
