Talent Acquisition Specialist

This role is with a large, faith-based organization that views its work as a calling, focused on providing whole-person care—physically, emotionally, and spiritually—and treating every person as if they were a loved one. We are currently redesigning and revamping our Colorado recruitment team, seeking driven, committed, and autonomous professionals who can proactively roll with change and champion a high level of customer service.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned service lines across the Colorado facilities, ensuring thorough candidate screening for both skills and mission alignment.

salary: $25 - $38 per hour

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs, utilize an intake process to develop recruitment plans, and collaboratively establish Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Source, recruit, and manage a high volume of concurrent requisitions, ensuring timely candidate engagement and pipeline development.
• Use Behavioral Interviewing techniques and assessments to thoroughly screen candidates for both technical competency and alignment with the organization's mission
• Prepare salary offers, manage the offer extension process (including incentives), and skillfully negotiate and manage counter-offers as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and develop knowledge of benefit plans to address applicant inquiries.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required
• Must have high-volume recruiting experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment.
• Understanding of ATS and CRM systems, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Must be local to the Denver area and able to travel to assigned facilities.
