This is a temp-to-hire opportunity designed for career growth, offering robust training and a clear path to permanent employment.Select Your Track:Option A: Commercial Lines Service Agent (Tier 1)Pay: $24.00 / HourRequirement: Active P&C License.Role: Standard service for business clients; ideal for licensed agents ready to specialize in commercial products.Option B: Senior Personal Lines Professional (Tier 2)Pay: $25.00 / HourRequirement: Active P&C License (or PL Producer License) AND 2 years of industry experience.Role: Handling complex inquiries, escalated resolutions, and full account reviews for Personal Lines customers (Auto/Home).Core Responsibilities (All Roles):Consultative Service: Counsel agents and policyholders on insurance protection, verifying coverage and providing accurate advice1111.Account Management: Process policy changes, billing adjustments, and issuance transactions online2.Problem Solving: Research and resolve customer concerns regarding coverages, rates, and underwriting guidelines3.Account Review: Conduct full account reviews to ensure customer protection and recommend additional coverage where necessary.Requirements:Licensing: Must possess an active Property & Casualty (P&C) License or Personal Lines (PL) Producer License.Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience6.Technical (Strict Requirement): You must have high-speed internet with a hardwired Ethernet connection (WiFi is not permitted).
